These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website coinsoncards.com (the "Site") operated by CoinsOnCards ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. The Site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

All content on the Site, including card reviews, comparisons, ratings and articles, is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It is not investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or use any financial product, crypto asset, card or service.

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional before making any. Crypto assets are volatile and high-risk; you may lose some or all of your investment.

We work to keep card specs, fees and features accurate and source them from official issuer documentation. However information changes frequently and may be out of date or incorrect. Always confirm the latest terms, fees and availability directly with the issuer before applying for or using any card.

Availability of cards varies by country, residency and KYC status and is set by the issuer, not by us.

Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click such a link and subsequently sign up for a card or service, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Card, issuer and network names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes only. Their use does not imply endorsement or partnership.

All original content, design, code, text, graphics and data compilations on the Site are owned by CoinsOnCards or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• scrape, crawl or harvest data using automated tools beyond what robots.txt allows;
• attempt to interfere with, probe or compromise the security of the Site;
• use the Site to transmit malware, spam or harmful content;
• infringe the rights of any third party.

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including card issuers. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or products. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinsOnCards and its owners, employees and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, savings or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on any content. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

You agree to indemnify and hold CoinsOnCards harmless from any claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be highlighted on the Site and the "Effective" date updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies.
